Leadership Skills II with AIDT

On Thursday, May 21, the Birmingham Business Alliance (BBA), in partnership with the Alabama Workforce Training Center (AIDT), invites you to attend Leadership Skills II with AIDT.  

Leadership Skills II is designed to help leaders achieve results by empowering, guiding, and developing the people they lead. This course focuses on the interpersonal and strategic skills required to influence performance, build strong relationships, and creating a supportive environment where employees can excel. 

The class is $15 for BBA members and $25 for non-members, a nominal fee that covers breakfast and lunch. Attendees who complete Leadership Skills II are encouraged to continue with Leadership Skills 103 to benefit from the full curriculum. By either attending this class or spreading the word, you are assisting the BBA in strengthening the professional development of our workforce, which directly supports the Greater Birmingham Region’s five-year economic development strategy, Accelerate 2030.
