Leadership Skills III with AIDT

On Thursday, June 25 the Birmingham Business Alliance (BBA), in partnership with the Alabama Workforce Training Center (AIDT), invites you to attend Leadership Skills III with AIDT. This is the final part of our three-part spring series designed to provide cost-effective leadership training for your organization’s team. Building on the skills developed in Leadership Skills 101 and 102, this class will focus on advanced leadership techniques, including strategic decision-making, fostering a culture of accountability, coaching team members for growth, and leading change effectively within your organization. 

The class is $15 for BBA members and $25 for non-members, a nominal fee that covers breakfast and lunch. Completing Leadership Skills 103 allows participants to benefit from the full curriculum and gain a comprehensive skill set to lead their teams with confidence. By either attending this class or spreading the word, you are assisting the BBA in strengthening the professional development of our workforce, which directly supports the Greater Birmingham Region’s five-year economic development strategy, Accelerate 2030.
